📦 Returns
• We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returns are processed only as Store Credit.
• No cash or bank refunds are offered.
• A ₹100 return & reverse-logistics fee is charged once per entire order.
• International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.
• Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund

✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
• Original invoice, packaging, and tags must be intact.
• Product must be free from blemishes, stains, or defects.
• Embellishments must be in perfect condition.
❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
• Return request is made after 2 days of delivery time.
• Any item or accessory is missing.
• Product is used, opened, or damaged due to misuse.
• Free gifts included with the order are not returned.
• Items bought during sale or using Store Credit.
• Individual items from a promotional bundle.
• Return is sent without prior approval.
• Customized jewellery (unless damaged).
Nayansh reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

• Valid for lifetime.
• Can be used during checkout on our website.
• Automatically applied to your order total.

• Exchange window: 3 days from delivery.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• ₹100 exchange & reverse-logistics fee applies.

🚫 Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will receive Store Credit.
• No bank refunds for cancellations.
⚠️ Damaged / Defective Products

• Clear images or videos of the damage are required.
• Replacement only (no refund or Store Credit).
💍 Customised Jewellery
• Non-returnable.
